We offer Nationwide Delivery and use discreet packaging.
As a standard policy, all orders are packaged in discreet packaging to ensure as little attention
possible is drawn to the package while in transit to you. The package will not reflect anything

Once you have placed your order, the stock will be reserved for 48 hours, if payment is not received
in this time the pending order will lapse/expire and you will need to place a new order.

Once the payment reflects in our bank account, will we update your order status.

Please note we do not send tracking numbers and will not track parcels unless it is necessary.

Once payment is received, your order will be shipped to you on our next postal run.
Postal runs are Mondays to Thursdays. Any order paid for after 14:30 on Thursdays, will only
be shipped the following Monday or next working day.
All orders placed over weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next working
Shipping generally takes 1 to 3 working days from date shipped (Please provide an
additional day for rural areas).
